Hypothesis: a visual blueprint of integrated conceptual models will assist to engage young adults with mental disorders by providing explanatory models, serve as an educative tool for teaching those patients skills-based strategies and to serve as a jargon-free aide to facilitate collaboration my multidisciplinary clinicians.


Level 1: Mental disorders may result from spontaneous intense and persistent PemE-IT!


Level 2: Mental disorders may result from mindlessness.


Level 3: Mental disorders may result from excessive or persistent states of defensive reactions (fight & flight anxiety defense or holding pattern in depressive defense.


PemE-IT!s either pass from Level 1 to Level 2 to be processed by the 3 sub-circuits of the Mind Volition Circuits  or they go directly to Level 3’s Basement: Survival Mode.
